It’s an exciting time for the mortgage industry. Rates are starting to go down, and more good news might be on the way after September 18th. Regardless of what the precise rates are on a given day, LodeStar is definitely seeing volume increase. Expect an influx of refis in the near future, for sure!

Also, Jim and Dave are grateful that the current market is proving them right re: starting a title agency six months ago. SettleWise is up and running—and growing! Jim and Dave are pressing ahead, seeking out new ways to bring value to LodeStar and SettleWise clients.
