For example, with Ardley’s product Forecast, lenders can view their portfolios in different rate environments. Depending on the rate, a borrower may or may not qualify for the loan. With this kind of information, loan officers can offer a deeper level of value and security. This kind of expertise—which Ardley puts right at lenders’ fingertips—loan officers can establish relationships of trust with their borrowers and get an edge over other lenders.
