When Jeremy Potter graduated law school, it wasn’t long before he found his legal expertise recruited by mortgage companies to navigate the complexities of the Dodd Frank Act. Mortgage was changing, and technology was changing with it. Quickly, Jeremy found his niche at the intersection of tech, regulation, and mortgage.

Despite all the changes, however, one thing seems to have remained the same: homeownership is at the core of the American Dream. And helping lenders get people into homes is something Jeremy believes technology can really help—if lenders use it properly.

And that’s the American Dream 2.0 in a nutshell: lenders embracing technology in effective ways to help Americans build wealth through homeownership. That’s easier said than done, but you have to start somewhere, right?
