Nestled among the plains states, Kansas is home to over 800 caves. None of them have applicable fees, to our knowledge.
Title insurance rates
Although the rates for most title insurance providers in Kansas are uniform statewide, a few underwriters charge county specific rates. Another handful of underwriters set their rates by groupings of counties.
Recording Fees
As is the case in several other states, recording fees are uniform throughout the state. However, pricing is scaled according to page count of the document.
There is one wrinkle to closing fees in the Sunflower State. The mortgage recordation fee cannot exceed $125 if that property is a single family residence and the loan amount is $75,000 or less.
