How to Build Trust

Building trust is something the team at Vesta thinks about a lot. Technology has changed so much in a short amount of time. In a highly regulated nature of mortgage, adoption can’t always be quick.

That’s why Vesta is so passionate about providing feedback. When a process is completed on the backend, that isn’t enough to build trust. The system needs to be set up to communicate that functionality to the user on the front end. That is vital to getting people to trust your tech.

The Next Right Thing

Especially in our current down market, there is so much that you can’t control. It’s easy to get bogged down in the chaos. Monica lives by the wisdom that, when we feel overwhelmed, all we can do is the next right thing. The next right thing with our product, customers, product, team.

And then the little things add up, and you find you CAN move things forward. Even if it’s only in small ways, progress is possible.
