Information We Collect on Behalf of Our Customers Which Is Not Governed by This Policy

We provide closing cost calculation services to third party businesses and other entities (our “Customers”). If you have a relationship with one of our Customers or utilize the website of one of our Customers that is using our proprietary software, our software enables that Customer to create and/or collect certain information about you.

We use that information in accordance with our contractual obligations to Customers, which may include (1) providing services to Customers; and (2) generating anonymized, de-identified or otherwise aggregated data that does not identify individual callers (collectively, “Company-Generated Data”). We may use such Company-Generated data for our business purposes, which may include research and analytics, benchmarking, improving security for our users, and enhancing the quality of our products and services.

COLLECTION OF YOUR DATA BY OUR CUSTOMERS, INCLUDING DATA RELATED TO YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OUR CUSTOMERS WEBSITES, SOFTWARE OR OTHER PRODUCTS, IS GOVERNED BY THE AGREEMENTS AND/OR PRIVACY POLICIES THAT YOU ENTER INTO WITH SUCH CUSTOMERS AND NOT BY THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY.  

Children Under the Age of 13

The Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Website or on or through any of its features/register on the Website, make any purchases through the Website, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the Website or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, email address, telephone number, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of the Website, including personal data and personal information. Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).  We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
